These terms summarize the rental relationship. The binding agreement is the rental contract you e-sign before pickup.
Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21, hold a valid driver license, and pass identity and background screening.
Your responsibility
You are financially responsible for damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during your rental, and for tickets, tolls, and citations you incur. Only authorized drivers may operate the vehicle.
Permitted use
The vehicle is approved for rideshare and delivery work. Illegal use, subletting, or leaving the approved service area without consent is prohibited.
Tracking and recovery
Vehicles carry GPS and a starter-interrupt device. Use of recovery measures follows applicable law and the notice terms in your agreement.
Payment
Rent is due on the agreed weekly or monthly cycle. Non-payment is a default and may end the rental.
